Drop-Off Policy and Disclaimer

When you choose to drop off your vehicle for service at American Tire and Service, please ensure your car arrives no later than 30 minutes after your scheduled drop-off time to honor your spot. Please note that drop-off means our service technicians will include your vehicle in the rotation for service based on availability and order of arrival.

Important Information:

• Dropping off your vehicle does not guarantee a specific pickup time.
• Depending on the time of drop-off and the complexity of the service required, your vehicle may need to stay with us for half a day to a full day, or possibly longer.
• Same-day service is not guaranteed.
